The Show Lounge

The Show Lounge at Casino Regina

Inside Casino Regina, the Show Lounge is the stage: tables fill the main floor and theatre seats line the balcony. The focus here is the room, ticketing and the box office rather than the lineup.

Tables, tiers and a balcony

Downstairs, the main floor is set out in three tiers, each one with tables for seating. Up in the balcony you get theatre seats instead. For a seated show, the room takes 716 people. General admission nights raise that number to 900.

More than 200 events land on this stage in a year. The mix runs from fundraisers and local productions to comedians and musicians out on tour. Every one of them is 19+, matching the legal gambling age in Saskatchewan. Bring government-issued ID, since staff can ask to see it at any point.

Buying tickets at the counter

The Show Lounge Box Office sells from two counters. One sits beside the Show Lounge itself, the other in Central Hall. On a night with no show or event, the hours run 10 AM to 6 PM. When something is on that evening, the counters stay open until 8 PM.

To buy by phone, call 306-565-3000 or 1-800-555-3189. The 1-800 number is also the main line for the casino. Sales are final, with no refunds and no exchanges. Check the date twice before you pay, because the ticket stays on the night you picked.

Where the dates live

The lineup changes through the year, so this guide names no shows and gives no dates. The casino keeps its entertainment calendar at casinoregina.com/entertainment/entertainment-calendar, with the dates and the acts in one place. Look there first, then come back here for the room, the tickets and supper around the show.

Supper before, a bite after

Union Station Restaurant + Bar works well for supper ahead of the show. Monday to Thursday and on Sunday, it closes at 10:30 PM. Friday and Saturday it keeps going until 1 AM. Reservations go through 306-781-7000.

After the final bow, Crossroads is close at hand, with the Poker Room on one side of it and the Show Lounge on the other, within the west gaming area. Its kitchen accepts orders until 2 AM seven nights a week, and the bar keeps going until 2 AM as well.
